An unusual silver handled dagger (Auctioneers note: It is the opinion of the Auctioneer that this cased dagger may n deed have started life as a canteen of cutlery from an early Victorian set having been exported to India it was then adapted to form a hunting dagger and the sheath made in India to accept the knife, no silver marks can be found, none the less it is a very desirable object and great care was taken in the making of this item,.
